$1,500-$2,500 per week (per-job pay) Job Overview Join a growing team installing permanent exterior LED track lighting systems on homes throughout the Greater St. Louis area. These systems provide year-round accent, security, and holiday lighting and are designed to enhance the look of a home both day and night. As an installer, you'll work outdoors installing high-quality track lighting systems with precision and attention to detail. Every install should look clean, straight, and professional — something both you and the homeowner can be proud of. This role is hands-on and involves working on ladders and at heights, using power tools, and completing installations independently and efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship. We are looking for someone who can work independently, think critically in the field, and confidently solve problems that arise during installations. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and can complete installations without constant supervision. Clean, professional installations are what we do. Responsibilities Installation Work Install permanent exterior LED lighting systems on residential homes Use drills and installation tools to mount aluminum channel and lighting components Run and secure low-voltage wiring neatly in attic and along the home Troubleshoot system issues during or after setup Maintain a clean and organized work area during and after installations Safety Work safely on ladders 30+ feet while installing along residential rooflines Safely maneuver and set up extension ladders (independently) throughout the day Comfortably access and work from residential rooftops when required for installation Use ladders, tools, and equipment safely throughout the installation process Follow basic safety practices when working at heights Customer Interaction Communicate professionally with homeowners when needed during installation Ensure the finished installation looks clean and professional Requirements Must have previous professional experience working on ladders on a daily basis (roofing, construction, painting, solar, gutters, etc.) Comfortable working on ladders 30+ feet Ability to safely handle and maneuver extension ladders independently Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs Comfortable using drills and basic power tools Ability to work independently and solve problems in the field Strong attention to detail and ability to think critically during installations High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Preferred Experience Construction Roofing Solar installation Gutters or siding Exterior construction Low-voltage or lighting installation A background check will be required. Most installations are completed in 1-2 days. No sales required — this role focuses strictly on installation. Heavenly Premier Lighting is the standard for Permanent LED Smart Lighting in St. Louis.
