USNH Employees should apply within Workday through the Jobs Hub app Theatre and Dance Department in KSC is looking for 3 people to fill our Advance Technician adjunct staff positions.Positions are as follows:
- M3 "The Color of Our Lives" Lighting Technician
- M4 "Dance Concert" Video Technician
- M4 "Dance Concert" Lighting Technician Core functions may vary widely, and may include (but not limited to) be on duty for TAD performances, work to cover design/tech staff if ill/on vacation, work in the scene shop in labs or work calls on any needed technical items, scenic fabrication, painting, props, etc.
They may include:
- be on duty for TAD performances, available to assist with any/all production trouble-shooting.

- work in the scene shop in labs or work calls on any needed technical items, scenic fabrication, painting, props, etc.
- will require work with TAD design/Technical theatre student, and TAD Work Study students. Supervision of students may be required.
- All work is planned, and scheduled by The Theatre and Dance Technical Director (Craig Lindsay).
- Areas of concentration (100% time) may include to be "on duty" for TAD performance, work to cover design/tech staff if ill/on vacation, work in the scene shop in labs or work calls on any needed technical items, scenic fabrication, painting, props, and work with TAD design/Technical theatre student, and TAD Work Study students.
Minimum Acceptable Education & Experience:
- BA in Theatre or Performing Arts required.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Wide knowledge of technical theatre practices in scenic/lighting/sound production, and leadership are required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Qualifications will vary depending on the specific nature of the work required. Advanced general technical theatre knowledge is required. Applicants should be prepared to upload the following documents when applying online within the Resume/Cover Letter section of your application:

Compensation Pay Range:
$ 25.00 per hour Keene State College is located in the scenic Monadnock region of Southwest New Hampshire and is an affiliate of the University System of New Hampshire.
