Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Lighting Designer/Technician, where your creativity and technical expertise will illuminate live events, music productions, DJ sets, and speciality programs. Your passion for lighting technology and artistic vision will help create captivating shows and advance each artist's performance. We are seeking a collaborative individual who can bring their unique insights and experience to our team. Duties Execute lighting designs tailored to each production or event, utilizing lighting equipment and production lighting techniques Set up, rig, and operate lighting fixtures and control systems during and live performances Coordinate with our in-house technical team to ensure lighting aligns with creative vision and technical specifications Maintain and troubleshoot lighting equipment including fixtures, dimmers, consoles, rigging hardware, broadcast studio gear, and related accessories Meet all artist and house branding standards Requirements Proven experience with theatrical lighting equipment, rigging techniques, and live event AV production projects Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, InDesign), Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut Pro for editing and post-production workflows Skilled in photography and videography to capture high-quality visuals for various projects Technical proficiency in operating broadcast studio equipment and managing audio/video processing systems Knowledge of lighting for video production environments along with experience in film or television settings Ability to interpret lighting design concepts into practical setups while adhering to safety standards Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting technical issues quickly and efficiently This role is ideal for passionate individuals eager to bring innovative lighting solutions to life across multiple media platforms.
