Dates subject to change with prior notice We are seeking an experienced Gaffer for a network true crime series. Responsibilities

Lead all lighting execution for interviews and field production
Work closely with the DP to achieve the desired visual tone
Design and manage efficient lighting setups for a documentary environment
Supervise lighting team and ensure safe, organized set operations
Coordinate with production on gear needs, power requirements, and logistics Requirements
Prior experience as a Gaffer on documentary / unscripted productions
Strong knowledge of lighting for interviews and small-footprint field setups
Ability to work quickly and adapt to changing environments
Leadership experience managing small teams
