Product Support Specialist Location:
New Windsor, NY Salary:
$20 hourly Seeking Product Support Specialist, combining technical troubleshooting, electrical knowledge, and problem-solving to support customers, installers, and specifiers with advanced LED lighting systems. This is not an IT support position.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support via phone, email, and video to customers, specifiers, and installers Troubleshoot lighting system issues including wiring, controls, dimming, and power configurations Interpret wiring diagrams, specifications, and installation documentation Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve complex technical issues
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support, electrical, or lighting-related roles Working knowledge of electrical systems, low-voltage wiring, or lighting controls Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, product specifications, and technical documents Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or ticketing systems; Associate's degree or equivalent technical training preferred
