Job Description

Hercules LED is seeking LED lighting installers to join our team. As an LED installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining LED lighting systems for our commercial customers. The ideal candidate will have a basic level of electrical experience or general construction experience geared towards electrical work. Reliable transportation and basic electrical tools are a must and required. This position requires regular travel to customer sites across the country at times, so the ability to travel is a MUST . In return, we offer top tier pay that is hard to come by in the industry, while also providing lodging and transportation to those jobs.
Responsibilities:
Install LED lighting systems according to specifications and industry standards. Troubleshoot and repair LED lighting systems as needed. Perform routine maintenance on LED lighting systems to ensure proper functioning if needed. Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients.
Qualifications:
Basic level of electrical experience or general construction experience geared towards electrical work. Reliable transportation and basic electrical tools. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Takes direction and follows instructions from superiors well. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, as well as good customer relations skills. Ability to travel frequently. We offer competitive pay and opportunities for growth within the company.
