This role is responsible for preparing lighting layouts, takeoffs, estimates, quotations, and project documentation based on construction drawings and specifications. Responsibilities Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documents Prepare lighting and electrical takeoffs and cost estimates Develop quotations, submittals, and lighting schedules Create accurate lighting layouts and calculations Collaborate with contractors, engineers, architects, and internal sales teams Support project execution from bid through completion Requirements Experience with commercial and/or industrial construction projects Strong background in lighting and electrical estimating/takeoffs Experience reviewing drawings and specifications Hands-on experience managing quotes, submittals, or lighting schedules #BWC3
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
