ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quotations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be a critical point of contact for customers and sales agents, ensuring accurate, timely, and competitive quotations that directly support revenue growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Process inbound quote requests promptly and accurately, ensuring competitive and margin-conscious pricing. Follow up on open and pending quotes to drive conversion and close opportunities. Respond to product-related inquiries from customers, sales agents, and internal stakeholders. Collaborate closely with the outside and inside sales team to support territory growth and pipeline activity. Maintain accurate records of quotes, orders, and customer interactions in the CRM system. Coordinate with engineering and product teams to clarify specifications or custom requirements. Identify opportunities to improve quoting processes, turnaround times, and win rates.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

1+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, quotations, or a similar role. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple open quotes simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word). Ability to learn and navigate product catalogs, pricing tools, and CRM/ERP systems.

Preferred:

Experience in lighting, electrical, or building products industries. Familiarity with B2B sales environments and working with independent sales representatives/agents. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.

Base Salary:

Competive - based on experience. Eligible to participate in Health, Dental, and 401(k) Plan with company matching.

Performance Bonus:

Eligible for up to 12.5% of annual base salary based on individual and company performance. Pro-rated in the first year.

Paid Vacation:

2 weeks (years 1-4), 3 weeks (years 5-9), 4 weeks (year 10+).

Paid Personal/Family Medical Leave:

5 days per year.

Expense Reimbursement:

Full reimbursement for approved company-related expenses.

Salary commensurate with experience.

Pay:

$42,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
