Lighting Quotations Specialist

Quotations Specialist We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quotations Specialist to join our growing team. This position plays a critical role in supporting our sales team and customers by preparing accurate and timely lighting quotations for commercial projects. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Work Schedule:

Monday - Thursday + ½ day every Friday!!! What You'll Do Prepare project quotations for commercial lighting and controls packages Review project plans, specifications, and fixture schedules Coordinate pricing with manufacturers and vendor partners Work closely with outside sales representatives, project managers, and customers Ensure quotes are accurate, complete, and delivered on schedule Maintain organized project files and quotation records Assist with revisions, value engineering, and alternate product solutions Follow up on outstanding quotations and customer requests What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required Experience in lighting, electrical distribution, construction, or related industries preferred Knowledge of commercial lighting fixtures and controls is a plus Experience with quotation software or project management systems preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Why Join Us Competitive compensation + e xcellent benefits package including BCBS health and 401k with company match Opportunities for growth and advancement Team-oriented work environment Industry training and manufacturer education CLS is an EOE.
