Job Overview Who? : Street Sounds is looking to hire a Car Stereo Technician and Salesman. Our Ladder:

We want all who wear our jersey to excel in what they do in and outside of work. We have created this system that starts you at the bottom and gives you the opportunity to work your way as high as we can take each other. We won't force you to run a shop if you do not want to, there are still ways to excel if you want to stay in a certain role. Where it starts is in the Technician role, you'll start as a Junior Tech and work your way into being a Full Technician. From there, You can make the transfer to a Sales Assistant, until you can graduate to being a Full Salesman. Then from there we will provide leadership opportunities if you wish to run a location or a division of the company. The Technician position requires but is not limited to the following responsibilities: Car Audio Installations

• Radios,Speakers,Amplifiers,ect. Marine Audio Installations
• mobile, and in-shop installs Basic Woodworking Basic Upholstery
• Leather kit installs, upholstering basic panels Security/Remote Start Lighting Truck/Jeep Accessories Helping Superiors Assisting Subordinates Cleaning Pickups/Deliveries Mobile Installs Other services listed on our website

How:

We install high quality products in vehicles with a big focus on "OEM or Better"

• meaning whatever vehicle you are working on ask yourself "Would the vehicle manufacturer (Ford,BMW,Mercedes,ect) install it the way you are installing it ?

Calendar Managing Inventory Managing Customers:

Managing the customer consists of clearly explaining to the customer how our goods and services can solve their problem or problems, and guiding them down a path that ends in a profitable purchase. When the Job is finished, you will likely be demoing the vehicle to the customer as well

Managing Inventory:

Managing our inventory will require you to make sure the technicians are equipped with the right parts so that they can complete their job at hand. There are also other products we keep on hand so that we can serve more walk in customers. This requires awareness of seasonal trends that we can teach, but as the sales assistant you have to notice new ones. One example is marine speakers, we stock a higher number of marine speakers during boating season. Managing the Calendar Each job you sell will have a number of hours allocated to it, you need to be able to set the calendar up in a way, where you don't over schedule, and we hit our daily profit numbers.

Side Notes:

A large portion of your day as a sales assistant will be making quotes, and reaching out to customers We are all cross trained, so while you are applying for a sales position, there maybe a time a technician needs a second set of hands.
