The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of L.E.D lights in the Georgetown, San Marcos and New Braunfels areas. This role requires a strong attention to detail, technical aptitude, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Installation will play a crucial role in ensuring that installations are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Duties Perform installations of permanent lighting on houses according to specifications and company standards. The average house can take between 6 to 9 hours depending on how many footage it is. Most houses will have minimun of 2 installers per house. Conduct thorough inspections of installed systems to ensure proper functionality and safety compliance. Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter for testing electrical connections and troubleshooting issues. Collaborate with team members to coordinate installation schedules and project timelines. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns during the installation process. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working on-site. Qualifications Proven experience as a permanent lighting or in a similar technical role is highly preferred. Must have own tools including ladders up to 30' tall for high rise points. Proficient in using various hand tools and testing equipment, including an ohmmeter, drill, wiring with splicing. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively. Excellent communication skills, for effective interaction with clients and team members. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
