Job Summary:

As a Sparkle Squad Technician, you'll be an essential part of our team, providing top-notch window cleaning, pressure washing, and gutter cleaning services to our residential and commercial clients. But that's not all! You'll also have the opportunity to bring holiday magic to homes and businesses by installing dazzling holiday lights.

Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional service: Execute window cleaning, pressure washing, and gutter cleaning services with precision and attention to detail.

Spread holiday cheer:

Design and install stunning holiday lighting displays that bring joy and sparkle to our clients' homes and businesses.

Teamwork:

Collaborate effectively with crew members to complete jobs efficiently and safely.

Customer Focus:

Communicate clearly with clients on-site, addressing questions and ensuring their satisfaction.

Safety First:

Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team.

Equipment & Vehicle Maintenance:

Assist in the upkeep of tools, supplies, and company vehicles.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED. Valid driver's license (preferred). Prior experience in window cleaning, pressure washing, holiday lighting installation, or related fields is a plus. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Comfortable working at heights and using specialized equipment. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. A passion for creating beautiful and festive holiday displays (a big plus!).

Additional Information:

Work Hours:

Our typical work week is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays depending on the workload. During the holiday season, be prepared for some evening and weekend work to help us spread the holiday cheer!
