The Director will partner with clients to address the Connected Commerce landscape and will work with client leads and commerce media team to develop strategy and plans to execute media most effectively across the omni-channel media platforms, including, Walmart, Target, Kroger, Albertsons, Ahold, and Regionals. As well as Connected Commerce partners Instacart, Shipt, etc. and retail networks such as Criteo and Quotient. This person will be responsible for the agency practice of integrating the appropriate channels and partners to deliver engaging shopper experiences that drive conversion and ROI for our clients. Their primary focus will be leading the Connected Commerce Search Strategy and Practice.
Essential Functions:
Drive and lead the commerce search strategy and initiative. Working with Pacvue and retail networks such as Criteo, CitrusAds, PromoteIQ, and Quotient. Lead for commerce media conversations, acts as bridge between client and media teams for streamlining omni-channel strategies with key retail partners. Actively contribute to media account strategy, including KPIs, vendor/partner selection, new tactics, and tracking industry developments. Work collaboratively with client's Integrated Agency Team when applicable: Attend cross-agency check-in meetings at each step in the campaign development. Work closely with creative and account leads across different disciplines. Lead and coordinate brainstorming sessions in conjunction with account and creative resources by contributing/generating ideas/concepts to meet client's objectives. Support corporate capabilities and platform initiatives. Oversight of flawless media execution. Work in compliance with client approved process. Proactively find ways for continuous optimization. Work collaboratively with account to communicate all estimated costs associated with project.Stewardship:
Track time worked by project to ensure compliance and maintain margins and proactively manage hours with client. Meeting the physical requirements - listed below Other duties as assignedMinimum Education Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED Bachelor's Degree Work Experience Requirements:
Eight years of relevant work experience. Three years of supervisory/management experience Five years of experience in Retailer Media, Retail Commerce Media, or Shopper Marketing.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:
Strong command of commerce platforms, syndicated research tools, and reporting resources such as WMG, KPM, Roundel, and Amazon Knowledge of omni-channel Retail Media platforms, including Kroger, Walmart, Target, and retail networks such as Criteo and Quotient. Strategic thinker in the development of Shopper Marketing programs and management of day-to-day business. Adept at analyzing results, synthesizing data, drawing out insights & implications, and developing insightful and actionable recommendations. Research and identify partnership opportunities across all disciplines of respective programming. Work hand in hand with procurement and legal, to manage and lead negotiations ensuring favorable agreements are made and executed benefiting Mosaic, Acosta, and our respective clients and customers. Oversee team working with partners and vendors guaranteeing 100% compliance and excellence in execution.
