This is a senior leadership role responsible for ensuring projects are executed efficiently, profitably, and at the highest level of quality. The ideal candidate is both a strategic leader and an exceptional operator—someone who thrives on building systems, improving processes, leading high-performing teams, and bringing structure to fast-paced creative environments. You'll partner closely with the CEO and department leaders to oversee production operations, financial performance, resource planning, and studio execution. What You'll Do Lead and oversee all production operations from project kickoff through final delivery. Build, review, and approve production estimates and budgets. Monitor project profitability and identify opportunities to improve financial performance. Develop production workflows, SOPs, and operational systems that increase efficiency and consistency. Forecast staffing needs, production schedules, and resource allocation across multiple projects. Manage and mentor production team members while fostering accountability and professional growth. Partner with creative, finance, and executive leadership to ensure projects remain on schedule, on budget, and aligned with company goals. Identify operational bottlenecks and implement long-term solutions. Oversee day-to-day studio operations and ensure smooth execution across departments. Establish KPIs and reporting that provide visibility into production performance and business health. Serve as a trusted operational partner to the CEO, helping solve challenges before they become problems. What We're Looking For Significant experience leading production teams within a production company, agency, creative studio, or similar environment. Strong experience building estimates, managing production budgets, and driving project profitability. Proven success managing people, improving workflows, and implementing scalable operational processes. Excellent organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail. Strong financial acumen and comfort working with budgets, forecasting, and resource planning. Calm under pressure with outstanding problem-solving abilities. Confident holding teams accountable while maintaining positive working relationships. Highly organized with exceptional follow-through. High ownership, and a collaborative leadership style. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent productions. Preferred Experience Commercial, branded content, advertising, experiential, or entertainment production. Experience managing cross-functional production teams. Familiarity with production scheduling, budgeting, vendor management, and studio operations. Experience implementing operational systems and process improvements in a growing company. Work Environment This is a full-time, in-office leadership position based in Los Angeles . Daily collaboration with the production, studio, and leadership teams is an essential part of the role.
