General Manager / Director - Motorcycle & Powersports Dealership $10,000 Sign-On Bonus | Multi-Location Leadership Role Wheels in Motion Motorcycle Dealership is seeking an experienced General Manager / Director to oversee operations at our San Fernando Valley and Santa Barbara locations . This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving dealership performance, managing department managers, and ensuring operational excellence across sales, service, parts, and finance . We are looking for a strong leader with proven experience in motorcycle or powersports dealership management who understands dealership profitability, team development, and customer satisfaction. Wheels in Motion represents leading brands including BMW Motorrad, KTM, Ducati, MV Agusta, Honda, Suzuki, Kawasaki, Yamaha, Polaris, and Vespa , and continues to grow as one of Southern California's premier motorcycle dealerships. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of both dealership locations Manage and support department managers across sales, service, parts, and finance Drive dealership profitability, revenue growth, and operational efficiency Monitor department performance, KPIs, and financial results Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, service retention, and parts revenue Maintain strong relationships with OEM manufacturers and partners Recruit, train, and develop high-performing dealership staff Ensure exceptional customer experience and reputation management Maintain compliance with manufacturer standards and dealership policies Work closely with ownership to execute long-term business goals Qualifications 5+ years of motorcycle or powersports dealership management experience Previous experience as General Manager, Director, or Fixed Operations Manager preferred Strong understanding of dealership financials, KPIs, and department operations Proven leadership and team management skills Experience working with OEM manufacturers and dealership programs Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making abilities Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment Compensation & Benefits Competitive executive compensation based on experience $10,000 Sign-On Bonus Performance-based bonus structure 401(k) with company matching Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Employee discounts on motorcycles, parts, and accessories Position Type Full-Time If you are an experienced motorcycle or powersports dealership leader ready to oversee a multi-location operation, we would like to hear from you.
