Job Profile Summary The Senior Director, Integrated Talent & People Strategy serves as a strategic enterprise leader responsible for designing and executing a unified talent ecosystem that strengthens attraction, retention, development, mobility, belonging and well-being across the organization. This role ensures that all elements of the employee experience- from workforce planning to wellness to inclusion and belonging
- operate as a connected system that advances the mission, culture, and growth objectives of a dynamic and expanding healthcare system.

Salary Range:
$104.75- $157.
- Duties performed mostly while sitting; walking and standing at times. Occasionally lift or carry up to 10 lbs. Uses hands and fingers.
