  • Inhalables will lead the strategy, quality, and commercialization of performance management initiatives.
This role involves driving innovation, managing a team of subject matter experts, and collaborating with various departments to ensure delivery against milestones. The head will engage with internal and external clients to understand market trends, competitive landscape, and business needs. Drive performance management strategy and innovation through new product exploration and development. Manage the full life cycle of commercial performance management initiatives, including design, oversight, prioritization, business case development, and tracking. Develop, implement, and lead a cross-functional Pricing & Trade Governance Committee meeting. Collaborate with sales, trade marketing, marketing, and finance teams to deliver high-quality commercial performance proposals. Lead a team to deliver reporting and insights focused on driving commercial performance improvements. Foster a culture of collaboration across departments to achieve shared goals. Who we're looking for: Legally authorized to work in the U.S. Commutable distance to Stamford, CT. 10+ years of experience in performance management, analytics, strategic consulting, or related fields. Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Applied Science, or a related field. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in forecasting tools and methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders. Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects. Experience with data visualization tools and designing complex dashboards. Strong team leadership and management skills.
Annual Base Salary Range:
$202,400
