This role oversees all aspects of talent acquisition, onboarding, and early-stage employee integration to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience that drives engagement, retention, and performance. This position is highly operational and metrics-driven, with responsibility for managing internal processes and external vendor partnerships that support recruiting and onboarding. The Director partners closely with IT, HR, Operations, and other business leaders to attract top talent, enhance onboarding effectiveness, and improve new hire outcomes.
Responsibilities include:
Oversee full-cycle recruiting operations, including sourcing, selection, and hiring processes across the organization Partner with hiring managers to align on workforce needs, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines Manage recruiting team members and/or external recruiting vendors to ensure consistent delivery and performance Monitor recruiting metrics (time to fill, quality of hire, candidate experience) and drive continuous improvement Ensure a professional, efficient, and consistent candidate experience Lead and manage all front-end talent vendors, including recruiting partners, background screening providers, and onboarding platforms Establish performance expectations, service level agreements (SLAs), and accountability measures for vendors Monitor vendor performance, resolve service issues, and drive continuous improvement Evaluate vendor partnerships and recommend changes to improve efficiency, cost, and quality Design and oversee a structured onboarding program to ensure effective integration for all new hires Ensure a consistent onboarding experience across locations, including completion of all required documentation and system setup Partner with HR, Operations, and training teams to improve onboarding delivery and new hire readiness Continuously evaluate onboarding effectiveness and implement enhancements Own programs and processes that support new hires through their first 90-180 days Monitor early-stage employee engagement, performance, and retention metrics Partner with business leaders to ensure effective assimilation, training, and follow-up with new hires Identify root causes of early attrition and implement targeted solutions to improve retention Establish and track key performance indicators across recruiting, onboarding, and early retention Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization Develop and present regular reporting to HR leadership on talent engagement performance Drive process improvements to increase efficiency, consistency, and scalability Partner with HR Operations, Payroll, and field leadership to ensure seamless execution of hiring and onboarding processes Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, policies, and internal controls Support broader HR initiatives tied to talent experience and workforce stability
Requirements:
7-10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, HR operations, or employee engagement Proven experience leading full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and early lifecycle programs Strong experience managing external vendors and service providers with measurable performance outcomes Demonstrated success in building and managing metrics-driven talent programs Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Proficiency in ATS, HRIS, and recruitment/onboarding technologies At Prosegur, we make our world safer by taking care of people and businesses while remaining at the forefront of innovation.
