Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager - Property & Casualty to lead our insurance operations with energy and precision. In this pivotal role, yoSurePath Advisors is seeking an experienced and results-driven Property & Casualty (P&C) Manager to lead our P&C insurance division. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the P&C team, manage a book of business, drive new client acquisition, and ensure outstanding service delivery across personal and commercial lines. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a book of personal and commercial property & casualty insurance accounts Lead, coach, and develop the P&C team to achieve production and retention goals Oversee policy renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and coverage reviews for clients Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing client relationships Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers and underwriters Ensure team compliance with state regulations, carrier guidelines, and agency procedures Handle escalated client service issues and complex coverage questions Track production metrics, loss ratios, and pipeline activity; report results to leadership Collaborate with other departments (life, benefits, financial) to deliver holistic client solutions Stay current on industry trends, market changes, and new product offerings Qualifications Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required 3+ years of experience in P&C insurance, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role Strong knowledge of personal lines (auto, home, umbrella) and commercial lines products Proven track record of meeting or exceeding production and retention targets Experience working with multiple carriers and agency management systems (AMS360, Applied Epic, etc.) Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, or related field preferred CIC, CPCU, or other professional designations a plus What We Offer $70,000 base salary + performance-based bonus structure Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Professional development support and licensing reimbursement Collaborative, growth-oriented team environment Opportunity to advance within a fast-growing advisory firm u will oversee the underwriting, risk management, and claims processes for property and casualty insurance policies.
