Director of Suntect by Coolibar Growth | Scale from Single-Digit to Double-Digit Millions | Miami, Florida At Coolibar, our mission is to Keep the world safe from sun damage - protecting those with sun-related medical conditions and preventing everyone else from developing one. For the past 25 years in the US, we have developed and sold the world's best innovative UPF 50+ clothing and products so people can live an active outdoor lifestyle safely in the sun. I'm hiring a high-impact leader to take Suntect by Coolibar - our premium active sun-protection line - to the next level.

Your mission:

Drive Suntect by Coolibar from single-digit to double-digit million revenue by:

• Accelerating online sales on our digital flagship store
• Identifying and launching on new online marketplaces
• Opening and growing key accounts in active sportswear
• Developing new revenue streams through licensing and business development
• Partnering daily with Product, Marketing, Ops, Buying, Ecom, and Wholesale teams Who you are:
• You've already scaled a retail business or product line successfully
• Data-driven with strong financial acumen and analytical skills
• Excellent communicator who can influence directors
• Hands-on operator comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced, small-team environment
• Based in Miami, Florida (non-negotiable)
