Job Description

Production Director Full-Time | Castleton Campus E91 is looking for a Production Director who loves people as much as they love production. The technical side of this role is real - you'll lead audio, video, lighting, livestream, and staging across weekend services and church-wide events. But what we're really looking for is someone who understands that great production starts with great people. The most important thing you'll do here isn't run a board - it's develop the volunteers around you, invest in their growth, and build a team that loves showing up together on a Sunday morning. If you've got production experience and a genuine passion for pouring into others, this might be exactly the kind of role you've been looking for. What to expect at E91: Working in ministry is demanding, and we know it. That's why we take work-life rhythms seriously - not just as a policy, but as a value. Our staff are expected to give their best, and we're equally committed to making sure they have the margin to stay healthy doing it. You'll be part of a team that puts people first, says what needs to be said, and genuinely believes we're better together. E91 has been helping people take next steps with Jesus for over 100 years - and this role is a big part of how that continues to happen every single week.
