CSP has exclusively partnered with our client in the Food & Beverage industry in the search for a Director of Talent & Organizational Development. This individual will lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide initiatives focused on performance management, talent development, and learning programs, while leveraging data and insights to drive continuous improvement aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will bring significant experience supporting hourly and field-based employee populations, with a strong understanding of operational environments and frontline workforce development. This position is fully on-site, five days per week, in Lutherville-Timonium, MD.Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and deployment of organization-wide talent development, learning, and organizational effectiveness programs. Develop and execute leadership initiatives, including assessments, coaching, and manager capability building. Own and evolve the performance management process, ensuring alignment across organizational, departmental, and individual goals. Design and implement career development, succession planning, and talent pipeline strategies. Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on organizational effectiveness, change management, and team development. Partner across functions to deliver programs that enhance engagement, performance, and growth. Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring effective program delivery and tracking. Support initiatives across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, and retention. Utilize data and feedback to measure program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field required; Master's degree or relevant certification preferred. 10+ years of progressive experience in talent development, organizational development, learning & development, or talent management. Proven experience designing and implementing leadership development, performance management, and talent programs. Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage leaders at all levels. Experience managing or working with learning management systems (LMS) and learning technologies. Ability to translate business strategy into impactful talent and organizational development initiatives. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Similar jobs in Towson, MD
