Job Description

Aristocrat is seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Commercial Manager to join our dynamic Content & Aggregation team. This role offers an outstanding chance to lead and grow a diverse portfolio of B2B operator relationships within regulated global markets. Your efforts will directly impact our success by driving revenue growth, optimizing performance, and identifying new opportunities. What You'll Do
  • Own and manage commercial relationships across assigned operator accounts.
  • Develop and complete structured Strategic Account Plans outlining revenue targets, growth levers, competitive positioning, and execution timelines.
  • Lead performance reviews and QBRs with data-driven commercial recommendations.
  • Find opportunities across new markets, products, and verticals.
  • Handle and prioritize customers' daily issues in conjunction with internal support functions.
  • Identify and coordinate training requirements, ensuring the educated delivery of both marketing and technical documentation.
  • Represent Aristocrat Interactive at key industry events (G2E, ICE, SBC, etc.).
  • Achieve annual revenue targets and maintain disciplined forecasting.
  • Analyze benchmarks to identify performance gaps and growth drivers.
  • Support contract renewals and pricing discussions.
  • Coordinate global content launches and promotional initiatives.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Compliance, Finance, and Technical teams globally.
What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in B2B commercial or account management (iGaming preferred). Data-driven approach. Strong collaborator management capability. Proficient in spoken and written English & Spanish. Regular travel to meet customers will be required. Strong understanding of global iGaming landscape and experience across multiple regulated jurisdictions, with a focus on LATAM. Knowledge of other markets (UK, US, Canada, EU, or emerging markets) is helpful. A strong personal network of Operators and Suppliers within the iGaming industry. Familiarity with CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Additional European languages (e.g., Portuguese, French, Spanish, Italian) are advantageous but not essential.
