Job Description

  • Description
  • This role will unlock value from ELCs global digital media investment, through establishing global campaign process with our global media agency partners within global advertising platforms.
They will be responsible for defining standards, how they are monitored and continuously evolving based on global learning agenda outcomes. This position shall work closely with global agency partners, procurement and finance to establish strong value methodologies to show impact from consistent process and data-driven optimization.
  • Global digital advertising platform process.
  • + Establish a core set of platform 'golden rules' across main biddable media channels (search, programmatic etc.
) in close partnership with JBP partner, media agency and global platform experts. + Work with global media agency to embed into workflow and governance tools, with performance monitoring across globally aligned KPIs. + Build global learning agenda to continuously evolve and enhance based on new platform capabilities and learnings from in-flight execution.
  • Capability building and change management.
  • + Establish global academy with global media agency to ensure full adherence to standards within markets and in delivery hubs.
+ Develop capability building for brand builders as part of overall media trainings, establishing importance of quality media execution. + Build out global monitoring and auditing, developing global reporting solutions to track digital process adoption and value associated. + Identify broader opportunities in the digital marketing process to enhance and improve overall digital execution.
  • Digital value engineering.
  • + Work with global finance and procurement team to establish methodology to track value of digital process. + Partner with global analytics team to leverage outputs from advanced analytics to inform in-flight campaign optimization. + Build real-time value monitoring in close partnership with global analytics team to understand performance and impact.
  • Global technology roadmap.
  • + Work closely with global media agency to develop agentic roadmap to further enhance digital process and campaign performance. + Build strong roadmap for global ad & marketing technology capabilities in partnership to further enhance digital execution.
  • Qualifications
