This role focuses on improving media effectiveness through KPI analysis, identifying opportunities to drive efficiency, customer acquisition, and retention. This individual will lead a small team while partnering cross-functionally with marketing, loyalty, and data-focused teams. The role also includes close collaboration with external analytics partners to guide media pacing, traffic forecasting, and performance optimization. A key component of this position is building and managing a structured testing roadmap while promoting best practices in media analytics across internal teams and agency partners. Core Responsibilities Evaluate media performance using both quantitative and qualitative data, delivering insights that inform strategic and tactical decisions Partner with media teams to develop and refine traffic forecasts and budget pacing through data analysis and trend evaluation Present findings to stakeholders, translating data into clear, actionable insights that drive alignment and next steps Lead A/B testing initiatives across media and CRM functions, supporting personalization strategies to improve targeting and effectiveness Maintain awareness of digital marketing trends and share insights across teams to support continuous learning Develop deep expertise in customer and commerce analytics, utilizing tools such as SQL and business intelligence platforms Oversee relationships with external analytics partners to ensure alignment on reporting and performance measurement Manage, mentor, and develop a team, promoting strong analytical practices and a high-performance culture Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience 10+ years of experience in analytics roles focused on media performance and customer data Strong analytical mindset with a solid understanding of testing methodologies and data evaluation Ability to work through ambiguity, form assumptions, and clearly communicate findings Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate data into a cohesive narrative Experience across multiple analytical areas such as customer analytics, e-commerce, retail performance, and conversion optimization Advanced Excel skills with working knowledge of SQL; experience with Python is a plus Familiarity with statistical analysis, data manipulation, and research techniques Experience analyzing A/B or multivariate testing results Ability to balance creative thinking with data-driven decision-making Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
