Job Description
Position Overview The Director of Talent & Growth is a high impact leadership role responsible for driving agent recruitment, market expansion, and overall brokerage growth. This leader will identify, attract, and onboard top-producing agents and teams, strengthen our presence across Northeast Florida and into Saint Simmons, Georiga and support our long-term vision of becoming the region's premier luxury real estate brand. This role blends strategic recruiting, high energy, relationship building, cutting edge technology and market development ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance culture and wants to help shape the next chapter of Christie's International Real Estate First Coast. Key Responsibilities 1. Talent Acquisition & Recruiting Build and manage a proactive full-cycle recruiting strategy focused on top producers, rising agents, and high-potential teams. Help recruit agents above $3m per year in annual production Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through outreach, networking, events, social media, and strategic partnerships. Conduct talent interviews and coordinate appointments with the Broker/Owner. Develop personalized recruiting campaigns, messaging, and follow-up systems. Track KPIs, follow-up activity, and conversion rates using CRM/ATS tools (e.g. Courted) Create and execute strategic meetings points to grow awareness of the Christie's brand. 2. Growth & Expansion Leadership Identify new market opportunities and support expansion into additional locations (St. Augustine, St. Simons, etc.). Identify and target agents from other brokerages who would fit well into our company culture and production requirements. Conduct competitive market analyses to understand agent movement, production trends, and brokerage landscape. Assist the Broker/Owner in launching new offices or geographic expansions. Develop playbooks and processes that streamline future recruiting and expansion efforts. 3. Brand Advocacy & Culture Building Represent the brokerage at industry events, local associations, community programs, and luxury networking opportunities. Collaborate with marketing to ensure recruiting and growth initiatives align with Christie's global luxury brand. Promote the brokerage culture, values, and competitive differentiators in all interactions. Support new agents through a smooth onboarding process, ensuring they feel welcomed, informed, and empowered to succeed. 4. Operations & Strategy Partner with leadership to set quarterly & annual growth goals for agent count, production volume, and market share. Report regularly on recruiting activity, results, and market trends. Maintain a strong understanding of Christie's tech stack, tools, and value propositions in order to clearly communicate them to prospects. Continuously enhance recruiting systems, funnels, and processes for efficiency and scalability. Qualifications 3+ years experience in real estate recruiting, sales leadership, or brokerage operations (preferred). Strong understanding of the Northeast Florida real estate market and top-producing agents. Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills. High-energy, proactive, organized, and driven to exceed goals. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation luxury environment. Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems and recruiting platforms.
