Full Job Description Overview :
Seeking an experienced Radiography Program Director to lead and oversee a growing radiography program in Knoxville, TN. The Program Director will manage approximately 100 admitted students (with expected growth to 150-200), oversee program operations, support accreditation efforts, develop clinical partnerships, and provide instructional leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the radiography program. Oversee student advising, faculty scheduling, and program operations. Develop and maintain clinical education sites. Support and maintain JRCERT accreditation standards. Recruit, mentor, and evaluate faculty. Teach radiography courses as assigned. Collaborate with faculty and institutional leadership on curriculum, planning, and assessment. Represent the program within the professional and local community.
Qualifications :
Master's degree in Radiologic Science or a related field. Current ARRT Certification in Radiography (in good standing). Minimum 5 years of professional imaging sciences experience. Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in higher education. Experience with JRCERT accreditation and curriculum development preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
$115,000-$130,000 annual salary. $20,000 relocation assistance. Medical, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) with employer contribution. Tuition assistance.
