Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a Director of Production to lead and optimize output across our in-situ uranium mining operations. This role is responsible for setting production strategy, driving operational performance, and ensuring alignment between technical teams and company objectives. The Director will partner closely with Mine Managers, geologists, and operational leaders to maximize production efficiency, control costs, and resolve complex production challenges. This is a highly visible leadership role with direct impact on production outcomes and long-term operational success. Key Responsibilities Lead production strategy and planning across operating mine sites Drive optimization of production performance, recovery, and unit costs Partner with Mine Managers and operational leaders to achieve production targets Analyze production data and trends to inform strategy and decision-making Collaborate with geology and technical teams to optimize wellfield and pattern design Develop and oversee operating plans, budgets, and recovery forecasts Provide regular reporting to executive leadership on production and cost performance Support and guide site teams in troubleshooting and resolving production issues Qualifications BS or MS in Engineering or Geology 8+ years of production experience in mining or similar industrial operations Strong understanding of in-situ recovery (ISR) processes, including geology, hydrology, and plant operations Demonstrated ability to lead production optimization and cost control initiatives Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data analysis tools Valid driver's license and ability to travel to mine sites Work Environment On-site role supporting active mining operations Combination of office and field work in industrial environments Regular travel to mine sites required Exposure to outdoor conditions, industrial equipment, and moderate to high noise levels Safety Commitment Safety is a core value.
