Position Overview The Photographer / Videographer will be responsible for planning, capturing, editing, and delivering professional photography and video projects. The ideal candidate has a strong technical understanding of camera equipment, lighting, audio, editing software, and visual composition while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Capture High-Quality Photography & Video Capture professional photography and videography for projects, events, products, facilities, team members, and company initiatives Ensure professional image quality, composition, lighting, and framing Capture clean, professional-quality audio during shoots Select and properly set up cameras, lenses, lighting, microphones, and related equipment Manage shoots from setup through completion Production & Editing Edit and enhance photography and video footage for final production Perform color correction, audio balancing, visual enhancements, and post-production editing Review and recheck work to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met
- Maintain consistency in production quality across all projects Project Management & Organization Organize footage, photography files, and project assets Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining quality Prioritize assignments and adapt to changing schedules or project needs Maintain equipment and ensure proper care of production tools Collaboration & Problem Solving Work closely with team members and stakeholders to understand project objectives Provide ideas and recommendations regarding visual approach and execution Resolve production challenges quickly and professionally Qualifications 2+ years of professional photography and videography experience preferred Strong portfolio demonstrating photography and video work Experience operating professional camera systems and production equipment Experience with lighting and audio equipment Experience using editing software
