Flexible About Us Jay Visuals is a growing real estate media company based in Lake Havasu City. We create high-quality photography and video content to help real estate agents market properties and grow their brands. We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our team as a part-time real estate photographer. No professional experience is required

• we provide training! Responsibilities
• Travel to residential properties to take high-quality listing photos
• Follow specific guidelines and shot lists for each project
• Upload photos to our system for editing
• Communicate with team members and clients in a professional manner
• Maintain punctuality and organization for scheduled shoots Qualifications
• No professional photography experience required
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Comfortable working on-site at client properties Preferred (Not Required)
• Familiarity with DSLR or mirrorless cameras
• Interest in photography, real estate, or media production
• Drone experience or FAA Part 107 Certification
• Portfolio or examples of past photo work (can be personal projects) What We Offer
