Real Estate Photographer

BoomPix Real Estate Media is hiring a Real Estate Photographer/Drone Pilot for the Tucson and Sierra Vista areas. We are a Tucson based real estate media delivering high quality visuals to over 1200 real estate agents, brokers, rental agencies, AirBNB hosts and private home owners. We are growing and need some talented people that love creating amazing visuals.

The Gig Details:

It's a contract position, meaning you're an independent contractor working with us. You'll be capturing residential and commercial properties across Tucson and Southern Arizona.

Compensation is great:

a percentage of the package travel fees when applicable, averaging $45-$200 per shoot, which can net you $3,000-$8,000 a month. Your Day-to-Day (Where Detail Matters): Punctuality is everything. You must arrive punctually at scheduled shoots, always with your full, ready-to-go camera equipment. Nail the requirements. You need to thoroughly review appointment details and client specifications beforehand so you capture what the client paid for and a little bit more , ensuring comprehensive coverage and a happy client. Get the perfect shots. Be willing to adjust or rearrange items within a property to enhance visual appeal . Be a pro with people. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional and approachable demeanor with clients. Fast and clean hand-off. Promptly upload your RAW files after each shoot and add specific comments for the editing team to ensure a flawless final product. Be coachable. You need to embrace and apply constructive feedback from both the editing and administrative teams.

Essential Gear & Requirements:

You must own a full-frame DSLR camera, a wide-angle lens (14mm-16mm), and a sturdy tripod. You have a very good understanding of your camera and shooting in manual mode You You need a killer work ethic and a positive attitude. You need a reliable vehicle, a personal computer, and a reliable high-speed internet connection for daily file uploads. You must live in the Tucson or Sierra Vista area and be cool with driving out-of-area from time to time (you get travel pay outside your normal area). You have to have or be able to get your Part 107 commercial drone license within 60 days (we offer training support!).

Preferred Candidates:

Got a year or more of previous real estate photography experience? Great. Drone experience, especially with a Mavic Pro 2 or newer model. Already having your Part 107 certificate is a huge plus. Knowing or owning a Matterport or a Theta Z1 360 camera is preferred. Available for a minimum of 20 photo shoots per week.
