Residential Property Photographer

We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity to a motivated individual who has a passion for photography and enjoys flexible work hours. We are seeking photographers to capture and produce interior/exterior photos of residential properties for our real estate clients. If you have experience in photography, a Part 107 Drone License, great work ethic, and value working in a respectful work environment then we would like to hear from you! Our sessions are scheduled 6 days a week, throughout Tucson and its surrounding areas. Employment is contingent upon background check. After training, photographers will be able to enjoy flexible hours, based on their availability. Photographers are required to photograph, at minimum, 4 properties a week.

• Training Pay is $16/hr
• Regular Pay is $25/hr
• This is a W2 Position with accrued

PTO PHOTOGRAPHER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Adhere to Luxe brand guidelines for lighting, photo composition, angles, image quality, etc. Capture exceptional photographs that highlight the architectural elements, interior design, and overall ambiance of each property's interior & exterior Travel to and from properties Communicate effectively with agents/homeowners and team members to ensure a seamless photography process Clock in and out in a timely manner Upload raws to google drive daily Keep lenses and equipment clean and well maintained Follow workplace dress code: clean and well groomed with Luxe polo and tan, black, or dark gray slacks. Ensure interactions with clients are professional, courteous, and appropriate

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Must have proof of a Part 107 Drone License Previous photography experience Be available for at least 4 shoots a week: Property photo shoots can start as early as 9am for Day shoots and can end as late as 8pm for Evening shoots Must have reliable means of transportation to travel to & from property shoots Must have a full frame camera and ball head tripod Must have a smart phone and computer with a reliable internet connection High School / GED or equivalent work experience Must be reliable, punctual, and capable of following an appointment schedule
