ABOUT US
Coast Design & Build is a fast-growing remodeling company specializing in kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, room additions, outdoor living spaces, and full home renovations. We also operate Mila Tile Kitchen & Bath, an 8,000 sq. ft. showroom featuring tile, flooring, cabinets, countertops, and design services. We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Content Creator to help showcase our projects, grow our online presence, and assist with our digital advertising efforts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Visit active job sites and our showroom to capture content.
  • Film before, during, and after project transformations.
  • Create Instagram Reels, Facebook videos, stories, and posts.
  • Edit short-form videos for social media and advertising.
  • Create content for paid Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
  • Assist with creating and managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
  • Work with our team to highlight promotions, events, and completed projects.
  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule.
  • Follow current social media trends and best practices.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience creating social media content.
  • Experience with video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
  • Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Experience creating and managing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
  • Experience using Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Ability to create engaging content that generates leads.
  • Knowledge of lead generation and digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Construction, remodeling, real estate, or home improvement experience is a plus.
COMPENSATION
  • Part-time position.
  • Flexible schedule (a few hours per day).
  • Pay based on experience.
  • Opportunity for bonuses based on performance and lead generation.
