If you have a passion for architecture, a knack for finding the perfect "hero shot," and the ability to tell a compelling story through cinematic movement, we want to talk to you. The East Bay Area market moves fast, and our imagery needs to keep up. We need someone who can capture the unique character of a property to highlight its selling points in order for the listing to sell effectively.

Key Responsibilities On-Site Photography:

Capture high-quality interior and exterior images using HDR techniques.

Cinematic Videography:

Film high-definition walkthrough tours that highlight the flow and layout of the home. This includes stabilized gimbal work and creative "lifestyle" b-roll.

Staging Eye:

Minor "on-the-fly" staging (straightening pillows, hiding clutter, opening blinds) to ensure the space looks its best.

Drone Media:

(Preferred) Capture stunning aerial stills and cinematic fly-over video of properties and surrounding neighborhoods. Floor Plans & 3

D Tours:

Utilize Matterport, Zillow or similar technology to create 3D tours and accurate floor plans.

Efficiency:

Manage a daily schedule of multiple shoots across the Bay Area while maintaining a professional demeanor with agents and homeowners.

Requirements Equipment:

Must own a professional DSLR/Mirrorless camera (capable of 4K video), wide-angle lens (at least 16mm or wider), tripod, video gimbal/stabilizer .

Reliability:

A reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license are non-negotiable for traveling between shoots.

Technical Skill:

Deep understanding of composition, lighting, color temperature, and smooth camera movement.

Portfolio:

A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both real estate photography and video walkthroughs . FAA Part 107: Required if providing drone services.

The Details Location:

Various sites across San Francisco, the Peninsula, East Bay, and South Bay.

Pay:

Competitive per-shoot rates or hourly (depending on experience).

Turnaround:

Same-day uploads of RAW files and/or 3D Scans/2D Diagram Scans.
