ASAP Job Summary Blue Brick Realty is seeking reliable and experienced Real Estate Photographers to capture high-quality rental property photography throughout Los Angeles County. This role is responsible for photographing residential rental units, building exteriors, and community amenities using professional real estate photography techniques. The ideal candidate understands HDR photography, wide-angle composition, and how to showcase rental properties in a way that maximizes tenant interest and leasing performance. Key ResponsibilitiesProperty Photography Capture high-quality interior, exterior, and amenity photos for rental properties. Photograph all required rooms and property features according to company standards. Use wide-angle lenses and HDR photography techniques. Ensure accurate visual representation of each property. Capture multiple angles of key spaces to highlight layout and functionality. Required Coverage Photographers are expected to capture: Living rooms Kitchens Bedrooms Bathrooms Hallways and entryways Exterior building views Property amenities such as: Pool areas Fitness centers Laundry facilities Parking areas Rooftop decks Community spaces Quality Control Review images on-site before leaving the property. Ensure photos are sharp, properly exposed, and professionally composed. Retake images when necessary. Minimize reshoot requests through strong quality control practices. File Management & Delivery Upload RAW photo files immediately after each shoot. Organize files according to company naming standards. Deliver complete photo sets through company-approved platforms. Document completion and communicate delivery status promptly. Communication & Field Operations Confirm assignments with the Field Supervisor. Review access instructions before traveling. Arrive on time for scheduled shoots. Report access issues, safety concerns, or property conditions immediately. Follow all company access and lockbox procedures. RequirementsExperience Previous real estate photography experience preferred. Portfolio demonstrating residential, architectural, or interior photography. Experience photographing apartments, multifamily properties, or rental homes is highly preferred. Equipment Requirements Candidates must provide their own equipment, including: Professional DSLR or mirrorless camera. Wide-angle lens suitable for real estate photography. Tripod. Lighting equipment for dark spaces. Computer capable of processing and uploading RAW image files. Skills Knowledge of HDR bracketing techniques. Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and exposure. Ability to capture professional-quality images in varying property conditions. Experience delivering organized RAW files. Strong communication and time-management skills. Professional Requirements Reliable transportation. Valid driver's license and insurance. Ability to work independently. Professional appearance and conduct when interacting with owners, tenants, and property staff. Performance Expectations Successful photographers will be expected to: Complete assigned shoots on schedule. Deliver RAW files on the same day as the shoot. Maintain a photo acceptance rate of 98% or higher. Keep reshoot requests below 2%. Respond to assignment confirmations within one hour.
