Pay:

$26.00+/hour (base pay + per-vehicle photo incentives) About the Role Pro-MotionPix is hiring a Full-Time Automotive Inventory Technician / Photographer to help dealerships maintain accurate, organized, and visually appealing vehicle inventory for online listings. Using a company-issued iPhone and app, you'll photograph vehicles, capture 360° spins and videos, verify inventory details, and help ensure dealership inventory is properly represented online. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, working outdoors, and taking pride in organized, high-quality work. No photography experience? No problem — we provide paid training. What You'll Do Travel between assigned dealership locations using your own reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed between stops) Locate, stage, and verify vehicles for photography and online listings Capture professional photos, 360° spins, and videos using a company-provided iPhone and app Apply window stickers and confirm VINs and inventory information Communicate with dealership staff regarding vehicle readiness and availability Track and upload completed work through mobile tools and apps Maintain organized workflows to ensure inventory stays accurate and current online What We're Looking For We're seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals who: Have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license Enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions Are organized, self-motivated, and efficient Communicate clearly and solve problems independently Take pride in accuracy and consistency Are comfortable using smartphone apps and learning new technology Thrive working independently with minimal supervision Preferred (not required): Experience driving manual transmission vehicles Requirements Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Comfortable with mobile technology and basic data entry Willingness to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening Manual transmission experience is a plus Benefits Paid training — no experience required Company-issued iPhone and equipment Mileage reimbursement between dealership stops Company-provided uniform shirt Competitive hourly pay + per-vehicle performance incentives Stable Monday-Friday full-time schedule Why Join Pro-MotionPix?
