Job Description

Position Description "This position works in support of the Ordnance Test and Evaluation (OT&E) Division. The incumbent will be expected to plan, conceive, coordinate, document, capture, and analyze photographic test data to support all OT&E tests, operations, and facilities.
Specific responsibilities include:
  • Shoot still photography, HD video, and high-speed videography within testing environments, ensuring effective use of remote triggering, camera control, and equipment protection techniques.
  • Use advanced post-production software and processes to deliver high-quality outputs, while managing computer networking tasks to include local and fiber communications.
  • Apply expertise in photographic instrumentation to capture and analyze photographic data for explosives and ballistics testing, ensuring accuracy and reliability in results.
  • Complete customer data packages, which may include HD/composite videos, processed test data, and annotated still documentary photography.
  • Collaborate with engineers and scientists to plan and execute a wide variety of energetic tests, focusing on acquiring and processing photographic data to meet mission objectives.
  • Ensure all equipment and facilities are test ready by performing maintenance, procuring equipment, installing video, triggering, and surveillance systems at all OT&E Evaluation test sites.
