Professional Real Estate Photographer/Media Services Front Porch Media San Diego, CA Job Details Contract $65 - $80 an hour 13 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Referral program Qualifications Adobe Photoshop DSLR cameras Customer communication Aerial photography flight operations Filming Architectural photography Video shooting Camera drones Remote Pilot Certificate Full Job Description Real Estate Photographer Opportunities - San Diego County (North County, Downtown, Alpine & Surrounding Areas) Front Porch Media is currently looking for experienced real estate photographers to join our independent contractor network as backup and overflow shooters. This is ideal for photographers already working in real estate media who are looking for additional projects and consistent side work.
IMPORTANT
Applicants MUST currently shoot real estate photography professionally and provide a portfolio showcasing their work.
Areas Covered:
North County Downtown San Diego East County (including Alpine/Descanso on occasion) Additional surrounding areas as needed Some East County projects may include additional incentive pay due to travel distance.
Required Equipment:
Professional DSLR or Mirrorless Camera Camera capable of shooting AEB Bracketing (5 brackets preferred) Drone Video Stabilizer/Gimbal Ricoh 360
Camera Preferred Skills:
Real Estate Photography Video Walkthroughs Drone Photo/Video Zillow 3D / 360 Tours Basic client communication and professionalism onsite
Compensation:
Typical projects range from $65-$80+ Higher earning potential available through: Video Aerial Services 360 Tours Larger properties
Independent Contractor Notes:
Contractors are responsible for their own transportation, equipment, FAA compliance, liability insurance, and taxes. You will not be covered under company insurance.
