Team Lead/Retail Photographer

Job description Lead Supervisors needed for a photography/sales business on the beautiful Pier 41. We are seeking someone who is sales-driven, energetic, and has experience with high volume. Must be able to work weekends and Holidays. Open availability is a plus. Learn the digital photography business from the experts. There is so much more to it than pushing a button. You will gain expertise in; digital photography, staging, lighting, customer service, spending per person, sales techniques, goal attainment and sales commissions. The Lead Supervisor should be a self-motivated and results-driven leader, who can direct and manage our organization's business activities. Duties for the Lead Supervisor will include photographing the guest(s), selling product, enforcing policies, monitoring and motivating staff, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The successful candidate for this role should possess excellent communication skills and strong leadership qualities. While on shift, the noteworthy Lead Supervisor should account for all business activities, support staff development, enhance efficiency, drive sales and improve revenue, maintain and enhance the organization's image, and meet overall growth objectives.

Lead Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Working in the business as a photographer/sales associate
• Managing payroll costs daily.
• Overseeing daily business operations.
• Training line-level staff.
• Driving Sales and Improving revenue.

Job Types:

$20.50 - $21.00 per hour
