Photographer

We are seeking a Photographer to join a photography studio specializing in portraits, events, and commercial work. We are seeking a creative Photographer to capture high-quality images for portraits, events, and commercial projects, from initial shoot through final edited delivery. This position plays an important role in our day-to-day operations, and we are looking for someone who combines technical skill with a strong work ethic, sound judgment, and genuine care for the quality of their work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate photo shoots, including location scouting, lighting setup, and equipment preparation.
• Capture high-quality photographs for portraits, events, products, or commercial projects.
• Direct subjects during shoots to achieve desired poses, expressions, and compositions.
• Edit and retouch photographs using industry-standard editing software.
• Manage and organize digital photo libraries, ensuring proper backup and storage.
• Communicate with clients to understand their vision and deliver photos that meet expectations.
• Maintain and care for photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, and lighting gear.
• Stay current with photography trends, techniques, and editing software updates.
• Deliver final images to clients within agreed-upon timelines.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Portfolio demonstrating strong photography skills across relevant specialties.
• Proficiency with photo editing software such as Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and camera technique.
• Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple shoots and editing projects.
• Physical stamina to carry equipment and stand for extended periods during shoots.

Work Environment:

You will work across varied settings, from studio shoots to outdoor locations and live events, adapting your technique to each unique environment.
