See samples of our work https://indskyhomes.com Your Role We are in search of an experienced real estate photographers, videographer and drone pilots who want to work with a rapidly growing marketing media company! A successful candidate must be able to show a real estate photography/video portfolio. Responsibilities of the job Travel to Homes and take photographs, 3d Matterport scan, videos and drone photos and videos for public facing web-listings Photographers/videographer must arrive at shoots on time and conduct themselves professionally. Uniform provided (branded t-shirt) Capture the appropriate amount of images, and image types, specified in assigned appointment notes Adjust camera settings (when needed) to handle various lighting environments Review RAW files with purchasing agent to guarantee satisfactory shot selection Upload RAW files to project folder portal on time when completed Be friendly and cordial when working with agents and seller

Requirements:

1 year Real Estate shooting Photography and Video experience Must own professional equipment including but not limited to:

HDSLR/DSLR

camera sharp wide-angle lens (10 mm on a cropped sensor, 16 mm on a full-frame) strong tripod. Drone (DJI Mavic Air or other equivalent to it), 12+ megapixels / 4k iOS device (iPhone) Proficiency in capturing HDR images through bracketing Strong people skills and work ethic Enthusiastic, self driven, creative, self oriented, work under minimum supervision. Reliable, professional, strong communication skills Good transportation and ability to safely transport gear to and from shoot. Fast internet to upload photos and videos to In D Sky Homes online portal at the end of each workday (25 MBTS upload speed). Basic computer skills - ability to learn and use systems for tracking, scheduling and communications.

Availability minimum:

3-4 days per week Monday to Friday 9:00am-6:00pm. No editing required. Located in the Bay Area, San Jose preferred Independent contractor photographers/videographers are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, fuel, and mileage.

Driven to grow Passionate about learning and serving Real Estate photography & video experience Videography and drone skills FAA 107 Drone Pilot License Experience with Drone/Aerial Photography or willing to learn Experience with Matterport 3D Photography Professional etiquette and positive attitude Please list your equipment when applying.

Job Overview:

We are searching for personable and professional photographers for San Francisco Bay Area. Photographer must have a good eye for composition and experience with photography, but professional real estate photography experience is not necessarily required for the right candidate. The videographer is responsible for shooting, selecting, and uploading the property photos, video and 3D Matterport. There is no editing required as we have our photo and video team that handles all of the editing. Additionally, we handle all of the booking, scheduling, client relations, and billing.
