Retail Photographer

Photographers and Sales Associates needed for a photography/sales business . We are seeking someone who is sales driven, energetic, at the Winchester Mystery House and has experience with high volume. Must be able to work weekends. Open availability is a plus. Operating hours are 10am- 5pm - Weekends and Holidays are A MUST! Learn the digital photography business from the experts. There is so much more to it than pushing a button. You will gain expertise in; digital photography, staging, lighting, customer service, spending per person, sales techniques, goal attainment, and sales commissions. What are the takeaways? We will train you in the following areas and you will gain work experience in: Guest Excellence & Customer Service  Greet and welcome guests, directing them to the photo capture locations.  Learn what makes Hospitality, Tourism & Retail successful. Photo Capture  Setup and operation of digital photography equipment.  Setup and operation of lighting levels, exposures in all types of weather conditions.  Stage and pose to capture life-long memories.  Ability to work with all types of visitors, their personalities, and ages ranges.  An opportunity to put a smile on everyone's face. Sales  Interact with guests. Learn techniques on pitching a sales spiel and how to upsell packages.  Become an expert - Learn how to operate and maintain a Photo POS System to include photo editing, printing, sorting, and packaging.  Present retail displays on Photo Kiosks.  Gain knowledge in financial projections, spending per person, sales tracking and reporting for commissions.
