No photographers who have done retouching or graphic designers. You need to be an experienced and trained photo retoucher . Also, the Role is ONSITE in Vista, CA. No remote work. Thanks! We are seeking a skilled Photo Retoucher to join our production team. This role is responsible for editing and enhancing high-quality photography for commercial and marketing use across a range of projects, including sports equipment, food, footwear, apparel, and lifestyle imagery. This is a highly detailed, production-focused role that requires strong technical skill, refined visual judgment, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and high image volumes. The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for color and consistency, follows creative direction precisely, and takes pride in delivering clean, professional imagery at scale. This position is on-site at our Vista studio and works closely with our in-house photography and creative teams. Responsibilities Retouching and color-correcting high-resolution images Performing skin retouching, object cleanup, and compositing as needed Matching established visual styles and brand guidelines Preparing files for web, print, and marketing use Managing multiple projects while meeting tight turnaround times Handling high image volumes without sacrificing quality Implementing feedback and revisions efficiently Qualifications Professional experience in photo retouching and image editing Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (and related Adobe tools) Strong understanding of color, lighting, and composition Exceptional attention to detail and visual consistency Ability to work independently and remain focused for extended periods Professional portfolio required Nice to Have Photography experience Video editing or motion graphics experience Experience with Capture One This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced studio environment, enjoys precision work, and consistently delivers high-quality results across large volumes of imagery.
