Job Description

Do you love photography, excel at customer service and want to bring your passion and experience to the real estate media world? Our fast-growing real estate media agency is on the hunt for a part-time photographer/videographer with camera and gimble experience who's ready to learn, grow, and create stunning content for homes and properties around Western Massachusetts and Connecticut. We don't need you to have real estate experience , just solid camera skills, a great attitude, and a willingness to grow (and drive!).
What We're Looking For:
Experience using a DSLR or mirrorless camera Video skills required (walkthroughs, reels, social media content) Interest in real estate photography (we'll teach you our process) Based in Western MA or Northern CT (this is an on-the-road role!) Comfortable driving to and from shoots daily Willing to obtain FAA Part 107 drone certification (required after hire, we'll help guide you through it!) Strong creative eye and ability to compose compelling shots Great personality and ability to connect with clients on site What You'll Be Doing (Part-Time): Photographing residential and commercial properties across Western MA/Northern CT Capturing video walkthroughs and short-form content including directing agents and helping bring their content visions to life Driving between multiple locations for shoots (mileage may be reimbursed) Uploading and organizing files post-shoot Collaborating with a creative, supportive team
