Marketing & Content Creator Location:

Torrington, CT (and surrounding job sites) We're looking for someone who is passionate about content creation and wants to help tell the story of a growing landscape construction and excavation company. At Innovative Lawn & Landscape, no two days are the same. One day you could be filming a massive retaining wall installation, the next you're capturing drone footage of a commercial excavation, behind-the-scenes moments with the crew, or creating content that showcases the craftsmanship and culture that sets us apart. What You'll Be Doing Capture photo and video content from our day-to-day operations. Film landscape construction, excavation, hardscape, trucking, equipment, and company events. Edit videos for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media platforms. Create engaging content that reflects our brand and company culture. Assist with website updates and content creation. Work alongside our existing marketing vendors to continually improve our online presence. Experience with SEO and website management is a plus, but not required. What We're Looking For Someone with experience in filming, photography, video editing, and social media content creation. Creative, self-motivated, and eager to learn. Comfortable working outdoors and around active construction sites. Flexible schedule with the ability to travel to job sites throughout the Torrington area and surrounding communities. Strong attention to detail and an eye for capturing authentic moments. This is an excellent opportunity for a high school graduate, college student, or someone early in their marketing or media career who is looking to build real-world experience while working with a company that has exciting projects happening every day. We've worked with the same marketing partners since the beginning of our business and value those relationships tremendously. This position isn't intended to replace them—instead, we're looking to bring someone in-house who can capture the daily content that simply can't be outsourced.
