Guest Experience Approach guests, capture and present their photo memories as trained, while maintaining positive energy, professionalism, and strong guest engagement throughout the shift Expectations Maintain positive, professional, and appropriate workplace conduct with all guests, coworkers, and restaurant staff while maintaining professional boundaries and contributing to a focused, productive, and distraction-free work environment Responsibilities Consistently follow company policies, procedures, core values, dress code standards, communication expectations, accurate transaction procedures, cleanliness standards, and equipment handling expectations throughout the shift Work Environment Team members are generally assigned to one restaurant location based on business and operational needs Indoor and outdoor restaurant environments require regular physical activity and mobility, including movement between tables and handling and use of company equipment while performing guest interactions as trained. Consistent availability and reliability for all assigned shifts required, which may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying weather conditions, while restaurant operations remain active Requirements Team members are responsible for reliable transportation, parking arrangements, and transportation-related expenses for assigned shifts Team members are required to provide and follow our dress code and appearance standards, and bring a sealed thermos for hydration Team members are expected to consistently demonstrate the company's Core Values We Provide Equipment , W-2 employment, and bi-weekly direct deposit payroll Bonus opportunities in a high-energy, team-oriented company and work environment Continuous learning after training and ongoing work-related support throughout employment Do You Have What It Takes to Succeed in This Position? This role is best suited for individuals who naturally bring positive energy, contagious smiles, and professionalism into a guest-facing environment. Understands the importance of creating an upbeat and enjoyable restaurant experience for guests. Ability to remain reliable, upbeat, work-focused, and professional throughout changing shift pace, guest engagement, and/or business volume. Maintains professional hygiene, grooming, and natural appearance standards throughout shifts.
PAY STRUCTURE
Paid training is provided at $14/hour . Official training duration averages 2 days, 3 hours per day, including online and in-person training. Continuous education and improvement continue throughout employment Once training is completed and team members are ready to work independently, $11/hour + Tips + Daily Bonus Opportunities. We guarantee a minimum average of $14/hour.
