Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Part-Time Back Office Representative for a seasonal, on-site opportunity in Lake Mary, FL. This role is ideal for someone with photography, image editing, and technology experience who enjoys detailed visual work in a production-focused environment. As a Part-Time Back Office Representative, you will support AI and machine learning initiatives by reviewing, organizing, and editing digital images according to specific quality guidelines. This is a fully back-office position with no customer interaction, making it a great fit for candidates who prefer independent, detail-driven work behind the scenes. This opportunity offers exposure to innovative technology, structured training through a client certification program, and the chance to contribute to advanced visual content projects.   • Review, organize, and edit digital images with a high level of accuracy to support AI and machine learning projects.
  • Evaluate images across a range of neutral to stylized visual presentation standards.
  • Make thoughtful image editing and storytelling decisions based on client-specific guidelines.
  • Review social media content for appropriateness, quality, and compliance with established standards.
  • Work independently while maintaining productivity, accuracy, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Complete required training and client certification before transitioning into production work. Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay rate: $18.00 per hour.
  • Employment type: Part-time, seasonal, contract/temporary.
  • Location:
    Lake Mary, FL.
  • Work arrangement: On-site.
  • Hours of operation: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 10:30 PM CT.
  • Availability requirement: Must be available to work 24 to 29 hours per week.
  • Additional hours may be offered based on business needs.
  • Weekly hours may vary and can range from 0 to 29+ hours.
