• Contract Job Overview Realty Media 360 is seeking a motivated Creative Territory Media Specialist to lead our growth in the Southwest Florida market.

This is a 1099 project-based role for a professional who excels at both high-end visual storytelling and relationship building. As the face of the brand in your territory, you will manage your own schedule, capture property media, and pitch services directly to brokers and Realtors.

Duties Media Production:

Capture residential and commercial media, including HDR photography, drone aerials, and 3D tours.

Field Operations:

High-speed upload of raw content to designated project folders.

Account Acquisition:

Prospect new business via office visits and presentations to local real estate teams.

Territory Management:

Independently manage your logistics and daily shoot/sales flow.

Qualifications Experience:

Real estate photography experience preferred; we provide the brand standards, you provide the professional execution.

Licensing:

Active FAA Part 107 license (or proof of being in the final stages of testing).

Equipment:

Must own a professional full-frame system (16mm or 16-35mm equivalent). 3

D Tech:

Must own Matterport/Zillow-compatible 360 hardware. (Matterport Pro2/Pro3 owners prioritized).

Logistics:
