• 12-32 hours a week/seasonal (Part time) Summary of position: Join our talented school portrait team as a Posing & Logistics Assistant.

In this role, you'll help ensure a smooth and successful photo day by assisting with equipment setup, student posing, and managing the flow of students from Pre-K through 12th grade. We're looking for individuals with a cheerful, energetic attitude who enjoy working with children and/or thrive in an organized, fast-paced environment. Whether you're the fun, outgoing type who loves engaging with kids or someone who excels at behind-the-scenes coordination, you'll find a great fit here. For those with strong organizational skills, there is an opportunity to specialize in our logistics operations—assisting with teacher and student flow, ensuring data accuracy, and helping match students with the correct information during photo day. No photography experience is necessary—just a positive mindset and a team-oriented approach.

Hours:

Avg. 12-36 hours per week seasonally. Typical Hours are approx. 700am-3pm (varies, sometimes we start at 6/630am and end at 1pm and sometimes we start at 830am and go to 4pm etc depending on the school ) During the months of (mid August/Sept/October/November/early December, mid-January/February/March/ early April). Our schools are located in Martin, St Lucie and Palm Beach county. Hours are almost all during school hours, this is a plus if you are looking for a job that is mostly during school hours.

Position Pay:

• Flex School Posing Assistant/School Portrait Photographer
• 20-30 hours per week/seasonal (Aug-Dec, Feb-April) Summary of position: Join our dynamic school portrait team as a Photographic Poser and Photographer-in-Training .

In this hybrid role, your primary responsibility will be assisting with student posing and photo session flow, with opportunities to work behind the camera on select days. You'll help set up equipment each morning and work with students from Pre-K through 12th grade. Some photographic experience and camera familiarity are preferred, but not required—training will be provided for candidates eager to grow. A resume or sample of photographic work is encouraged as part of your application. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who's interested in becoming a photographer with our studio but may not be quite ready to take the lead every day. You'll gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment, with a consistent posing schedule and occasional photography opportunities to build your confidence and skill behind the lens.

Hours:

Avg. 4 days per week. • seasonal Summary of position: Join our talented school portrait team as a Lead Photographer , where you'll take the lead in capturing memorable moments for students from Pre-K through 12th grade.

In this role, you'll be responsible for photographing students and assisting with the daily setup and breakdown of equipment. We're looking for someone with an electric personality —someone who can connect with kids quickly, make them feel comfortable, and bring out their best expressions in front of the camera. A friendly, energetic demeanor is just as important as your technical skills behind the lens. Prior photography experience is preferred, though additional training will be provided to help you succeed in our studio environment. A resume is required as part of the application process.
