Real Estate Photographer / Videographer

Matthews Media is a growing real estate media company serving agents and brokerages across the Treasure Coast. We produce a high volume of real estate photo, video, drone and social media content — and we're looking for a talented full-time creative who can move fast and produce quality work consistently.

This Role Includes:

Real estate photography Video walkthroughs & social media reels Drone footage Editing & media organization This role is ideal for someone who already has experience creating content for Realtors, builders, apartments or similar brands — especially someone strong in video and editing who wants consistent work without the stress of running their own business.

What We're Looking For:

Real estate photography experience Strong videography skills Experience editing in Adobe Premiere Pro FAA Part 107 drone license Professionalism with clients on-site Reliable transportation Based locally in the Stuart / Port St Lucie area

Huge Plus If You:

Have worked directly for a real estate team or brokerage Understand vertical video / Instagram Reels / social media content Can confidently shoot both photo AND video Are comfortable working independently in the field

Compensation:

Salary:

$40,000-$70,000 based on experience and skill Additional commission opportunities available Equipment provided Cell phone & internet stipend Mileage reimbursement
